Our Mission​

The mission of the T.A.C.L.E 1 & 2 program at Redwood Heights School is four-fold:

1. To teach each student the power of autonomous communication.
2. To develop for each student a multi-modal, customized augmentative/alternative communication system enabling autonomous interaction at school, at home and in the community.
3. To identify for each student the necessary assistive technologies for optimal access to the CA State Core curriculum.
4. To maintain an academic focus utilizing AAC/AT tools and strategies.
